Reiki is a gentle hands-on spiritual healing art. It is about knowing we are all connected to Source, Spirit, and the quality of that is love. Thus, Reiki is about loving – coming to know yourself in a loving way, filling yourself up with that love, and circulating it to others.
Reiki has been known to:
- Strengthen the immune system, lower stress levels, increase relaxation, help to relieve pain
- Assists you in opening to a new level of spiritual development; can help you to balance and clear your chakras; gives you a vehicle to express your healing gifts; assists you in opening your channel so you are able to channel a guide, angel or Higher Self more easily
- Allows you to more easily receive insights and inspiration
- Helps you to heal unresolved or repressed emotions
- Aids in healing illnesses in the physical, mental and emotional realm
Reiki is a simple, easy to learn healing modality. It is a tool that assists you in opening your ability to bring healing energy of love and light to your body, home, relationships, or any other area of your life. This loving energy can transform your life into reflecting a higher flow of light and love. Learning Reiki can elevate your life to a new level allowing you to create a deeper connection to your Higher Self, your inner wisdom, or your angels and guides.
I am happy to hold Reiki Classes by request, with 2 or more people, or a one on one class. Classes are held at my office; private classes can be held via Skype. Group classes are two half days, approximately 10 – 2 each day, with time provided for snacks and breaks as needed. My classes tend to be small and intimate and my space is small and intimate! Private classes are about 4 hours.
I love teaching Reiki as one pathway to feeling one’s connection to the All and the loving that flows from the All through each of us for our own unfoldment and healing, if we allow it.
Private Classes are about 4 hours, by appointment. Private classes can also be held via Skype. All classes have a Manual and Certificate of Attunement.
AcuReiki is a 4.5 hour class in which I will introduce some of my favorite acupressure points that I use in combination with Reiki in my treatments for myself and my clients. We will learn about the 12 main meridians of Acupressure and talk about Chinese Medicine. Useful for self treatment and to expand possibilities in treating others. Acupressure is a wonderful tool to assist the smooth flow of energy – and with Reiki encouraging the flow, the treatment is even more loving and effortless. Pre-requisite: Any Reiki Class
Currently, Acupressure Classes are 4 hour private classes by appointment. Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the principles of acupuncture and Chinese Medicine using the fingers to skillfully press key points, which stimulate the body’s natural self-healing abilities. When these points are pressed, even gently, they release muscular tension, promote circulation of blood, and the flow of the body’s life force energy to aid healing. Acupuncture and acupressure use the same pressure points and meridians (channels of flowing energy), but acupuncture employs needles, while acupressure uses gentle to firm pressure. Acupressure’s healing touch reduces tension, increases circulation, and enables the body to relax deeply. Acupressure can help to relieve pain, manage stress, balance the body and help one maintain good health. By relieving stress and establishing balance, acupressure therapy strengthens resistance to disease and promotes wellness. Once can also do self-acupressure with excellent results.
